How do I return my item?
You have up to 30 days starting from the delivery date to send us an email at email@example.com with a return request for a refund. You should have the original packaging (inner polybag, cardboard box, and accessories) for return. Return without the original packaging is not eligible for a full refund.
Any environmental and/or customer-inflicted damage will exempt items from being eligible for exchange or return. In other words, all returns must be in “like new” condition and be free of stains and/or damage.
The product, opened or unopened, can only be returned within the 30-day trial period.
Once a return is requested and the required information has been provided, we will inform you the return address. Please send us the product with a pre-paid shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item.
Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed back onto the original card used for the purchase. This typically occurs within 1-2 weeks after the product has been received. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.
Please note, the return policy does not work for orders from the United States. We do not offer return or exchange for order from the United States. All sales from the United States are final.
